Leading Public Sector Innovation

We are seeking a highly experienced Public Sector Strategy Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of public sector challenges and trends, as well as significant experience in consulting within the public sector.
As a Public Sector Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing public sector trends, client challenges, and citizen needs to develop actionable recommendations. You will also communicate recommendations through compelling visuals and narratives, build strong relationships with public sector leaders, and conduct qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research to inform strategy and design efforts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as business or experience strategy;
- Significant experience years) in consulting within the public sector, working with senior-level government officials and stakeholders;
- A deep understanding of public sector challenges and trends across areas such as citizen engagement, service delivery, innovation in government, and policy implementation;
- Experience designing and implementing impactful strategies and solutions in client-facing and leadership roles;
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable insights, and communicate recommendations effectively;
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- A commitment to societal impact, public service, and improving organizational outcomes.
