**Home Appliances Service Technician Wanted**
We seek a skilled technician to provide technical services, troubleshoot and maintain home kitchen products at customer locations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical services, including troubleshooting and maintenance of home kitchen products.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels of maintenance parts in personal vehicle.
- Conduct basic user-training for customers.
- Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers.
- Represent the company professionally as a frontline staff.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues.
- Follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in servicing major home appliances.
- Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and take corrective measures.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License for site traveling.
