Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Appliance Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances at customer premises.

You will also conduct basic product usage training for customers, maintain proper service records, and explain after-service reports. Additionally, you will manage spare parts inventory in company vehicles and represent the company professionally as frontline service staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory.
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields is required.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided).
