Job Title: Home Appliances Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Appliances Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our range of home kitchen products.

  • Provide efficient after-sales technical services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of home kitchen products at various customer locations island-wide.
  • Keep sufficient stock levels of maintenance parts in personal vehicle.
  • Conduct basic user-training for customers.
  • Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers.
  • Represent the company professionally as a frontline staff member.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues.
  • Take follow-up action on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NiTEC and above in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or Engineering (Others).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in servicing major home appliances.
  • Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and take corrective measures to resolve issues.
  • Possess a Class 3 Driving License for site traveling.
