Job Title: Home Appliance Specialist

The role requires a skilled and experienced professional to provide aftersales technical services, including maintenance, installation, and repairs on various home kitchen products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing home appliances.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated individual to work as a frontline staff representative, ensuring excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Please find below the key responsibilities and requirements for this position:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient aftersales technical services, including maintenance, installation, and repairs on various home kitchen products.
  • Conduct basic user training to customers on appliance usage and maintenance.
  • Prepare and explain afterservice reports to customers.
  • Work as a frontline staff representative, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Min NiTEC, HiTEC, or Diploma holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in servicing major home appliances.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to take corrective measures.
  • Possess Class 3 Driving license is required.
  • Entry Level candidates can be considered, with on-job training provided.
