Expert Home Appliance Installation and Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Singapore. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing efficient after-sales technical services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of home kitchen products at various customer locations island-wide.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide technical services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of home kitchen products.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels of maintenance parts in personal vehicle.
- Conduct basic user-training for customers.
- Prepare and explain after-service reports to customers.
- Represent the company professionally as a frontline staff.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues.
- Follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in servicing major home appliances.
- Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and take corrective measures.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License for site travelling.
