Job Title: Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced trade marketing specialist to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans and strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth
  • Work closely with the sales team and business development team to develop and implement sales promotion
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, displays, and other marketing activities
  • Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows to promote the brand, showcase products, and generate leads
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports on trade marketing activities and performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related disciplines
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or FMCG industry and experience working with sales teams and retailers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and teams
