Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Solutions Director to lead our electronic distribution strategy across various client segments. This is a key role that requires strong knowledge of electronic trading marketplaces, particularly in FX Cash, and the ability to design and deliver client-focused solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will contribute to the overall eCommerce Sales business agenda by expanding electronic distribution, growing volumes, and accelerating digitization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering electronic distribution solutions across flow asset classes such as FX, FXO, Rates, Credit, and Commodities.
  • Knowledge of and experience in dealing with clients on their electronic flows, with a client-focused approach to sales.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic trading marketplaces, particularly in FX Cash, especially in restricted markets, FX Forward/Swaps & FXO on single dealer proprietary channels, APIs, and multi-dealer platforms/ECNs.
  • Custody FX - Capturing securities-related FX from custody or funds mandate originated by Securities Services and FM on electronic platforms, including single dealer platforms.
  • 3rd party FX - Spearheading the growth of 3rd party FX & Passive Currency Overlay globally and contributing to the growth of the 3rd party FX franchise on electronic platforms, including single dealer platforms.
  • FX Options and Commodities - Adopting a client-led perspective in solutioning and building out FX Options and Commodities electronic offerings, especially on single dealer platforms.
  • Good understanding of core issues relevant to electronic flow businesses, able to discuss market structure and practical issues relating to proprietary and multi-dealer platforms, API feeds, STP, mandatory clearing, margin, and regulatory reform.
  • Representing Sales to lead discussions with Trading and Product owners to design the right electronic product/solution to enable connectivity with clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of electronic trading marketplaces, particularly in FX Cash.
  • Experience in dealing with clients on their electronic flows.
  • Client-focused approach to sales.
  • Ability to design and deliver client-focused electronic distribution solutions.
  • Good understanding of core issues relevant to electronic flow businesses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
