Job Title: Retail Excellence Manager

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. Your exceptional leadership skills and passion for the retail industry make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets through effective communication, collaboration, and empowerment.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to optimize sales, merchandise mix, and stock holding.
  • Work closely with merchandising and visual merchandising teams to ensure inventory management and display alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and customer service training for retail staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Retail Management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Preferably 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Positive disposition and passion for the retail industry.
