Job Title

A Retail Excellence Manager will drive retail excellence across partners branded stores, focusing on the APAC region. This role requires a strong understanding of global retail strategies and excellent collaboration skills to implement effective execution.

  • Responsibilities include delivering global listings, planograms, visual merchandising, store optimization, and floor plan recommendations for B2B Branded sub-channels, ensuring adherence to global directions and standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between APAC markets and global teams to share insights, best practices, campaign tracking, partner performance insights, and support needs within the region.
  • Collaborate on global initiatives to enhance brand presence and shopper engagement.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to elevate retail experiences and drive growth in the fast-expanding market. As a Retail Excellence Manager, you will work closely with regional channel leads and local key stakeholders to deliver consistent, on-brand customer experiences.

  • You will play a key role in implementing retail strategies and elevating the LEGO in-store experience through effective execution.
  • Support the development of global listings, planograms, and visual merchandising to ensure consistency across all B2B Branded sub-channels.
  • Work closely with APAC markets and global teams to share insights, best practices, and campaign tracking to drive business growth.
