About the Role

You will gain hands-on experience supporting the commercial team in driving business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across key functions such as sales, marketing, business development, and strategic planning.

This is a full-time internship and we are looking for students who can start in August/September and commit to a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Department in local, international, and partnerships pillars, including online and offline order management, retail channels, trade partners, international distributors, and corporate partnerships
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to achieve commercial objectives by assisting with administrative, logistical, and executional work
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders using professional communication skills and documenting information for the team
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business reports as required
  • Maintain a performance tracking system to track Commercial activities
  • Conduct market and industry research as required by the Commercial Team to identify and explore possibilities for the Commercial Department
  • Drive the planning of Commercial events, including Distributor's Summit, Mummy's Market Baby Fair, and other Trade Marketing events
  • Understand e-commerce tools and other Commercial Team technological solutions to operate systems
  • Other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing/enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong interest and understanding in the Consumer Goods industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team-setting
  • Resourceful and able to analyse and think critically
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written/spoken) skills
  • Self-driven, passionate, and willingness to learn
