Director of Trauma-Informed Programs

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of trauma-informed programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive programs that prioritize safety, trustworthiness, peer support, collaboration, and empowerment.
- Establish systematic monitoring processes to track both therapeutic outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Cultivate strengths-based approaches that build on youth and community assets.
- Design and execute outreach strategies that meet youth where they are, reducing barriers to access.
- Build strategic collaborations with government agencies, community partners, and organizations using principles of shared power.
- Provide supervision that models emotional safety and professional growth.
- Cultivate a learning culture that values continuous improvement, peer support, and shared decision-making.
- Conduct research that centers youth voice and includes participatory evaluation methods.
- Use evaluation findings to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Sciences with minimum 5 years of managerial/leadership experience, preferably in trauma-informed settings.
