Job Opportunity

The Head of Community Interventions will oversee the development and delivery of all division programs through a trauma-informed lens.

This includes ensuring day-to-day practices integrate trauma-informed principles, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and establishing systematic monitoring processes.

The successful candidate will develop trauma-informed outreach strategies, build strategic collaborations with government agencies and community partners, and establish trusting relationships with external agencies.

They will also provide trauma-informed supervision, deploy Social Service Professionals (SSPs) with attention to secondary trauma prevention and staff wellbeing, and cultivate a learning culture that values continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Sciences
