Centre Leader

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead a team to manage the daily operations of our centre according to school policies and quality standards. This involves overseeing the development and delivery of our holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum, as well as communicating effectively with parents and building strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the centre in accordance with school policies and quality standards.
  • Lead the development and delivery of our pre-school curriculum, working closely with teaching staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, fostering strong relationships and addressing their concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as Centre Principal in a pre-school/childcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage people effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
