\Description:\
  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the daily operations of our pre-school centre in Singapore. As the Centre Principal/Vice Principal, you will oversee the development and delivery of the school's curriculum, communicate effectively with parents, and foster a strong team culture.
\Key Responsibilities:\
  1. Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the centre according to the school's policies and quality standards;\
  2. Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;\
  3. Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;\
  4. Recruit, train, and retain high-quality teaching staff;\
  5. Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the centre;\
  6. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, teachers, and staff.
\Requirements:\
  • Singaporean citizenship or PR;\
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership or its equivalent;\
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as Centre principal in a pre-school / childcare setting;\
  • Strong leadership skills, able to lead a team and manage people;\
  • High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude;\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;\
  • Basic computer skills;\
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
