Strategic Leadership Role

As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and overall performance of our pre-school centre.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans, providing expertise and mentorship to teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery, and resource utilization.
  • Set the tone for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Optimize centre resources through effective rostering, inventory management, and expense control.
  • Implement targeted programs, initiatives, and events that drive centre success.
  • Manage centre administrative matters with efficiency and precision.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, coupled with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a pre-school setting (both childcare and infant care).
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, such as Senior Teacher/Lead Teacher/Vice-Principal.
  • Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL) is an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Proven knowledge in curriculum design and teaching pedagogy.
  • Hands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices.
  • Involvement in SPARK Accreditation process is highly valued.
  • Experience working in a centre with infant care and/or large pre-school centre is advantageous.
