**Job Summary**

The role of a Pre-School Centre Leader is to spearhead the development and implementation of programs that promote the growth and development of educators. This includes overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives aimed at fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, including progress reports, financial statements, and other relevant data.
Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking an individual with a Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers is also required. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
