Mortuary Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mortuary Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our mortuary services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of deceased patients and body parts collected by next-of-kin (NOK).
- Act as the primary point of contact for NOK, providing compassionate support and coordinating with funeral service providers.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track and review operational performance to minimize disruptions.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
