  • Administrative Duties

  • Communication and Customer Services
    • Acting as primary point of contact for next-of-kin, collaborating with funeral support services to arrange dignified and compassionate arrangements.
    • Managing feedback and incidents, ensuring corrective action and follow-up.
  • Facility Management
    • Ensuring the mortuary provides a clean and respectful environment for grieving next-of-kin.
  • Performance Monitoring and Control
    • Effective tracking and monitoring of performance to minimize disruptions.
  • Day-to-Day Operations
    • Coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:
