- Administrative Duties

- Organizing paperwork related to funeral services and permits.

- Acting as primary point of contact for next-of-kin, collaborating with funeral support services to arrange dignified and compassionate arrangements.
- Managing feedback and incidents, ensuring corrective action and follow-up.
- Facility Management
- Ensuring the mortuary provides a clean and respectful environment for grieving next-of-kin.
- Performance Monitoring and Control
- Effective tracking and monitoring of performance to minimize disruptions.
- Day-to-Day Operations
- Coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and Excel.
