Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area at the Admin Office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and visitors, including attendance and lost and found items.
  • Distribute graduating certificates and other materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage students who report late to school or need to leave early, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Attend to unwell or injured students and staff, providing medical attention and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the school, including logistical support for events and functions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of administration experience, including experience in a school context.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn, meticulous, and a good team player.
  • Able to communicate well in English (written and spoken) and preferably one other mother tongue language.
