Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and producing high-quality pastries and other baked goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all food items meet health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the pastry team to innovate and introduce new products, contributing to menu development and growth.
  • Manage inventory effectively, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Support senior chefs in daily operations, including mise en place and preparatory tasks.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in Patisserie or Bakery is advantageous.
