As an Artisan Baker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality breads and pastries using traditional methods and natural ingredients.

  • Collaborate with the production team to plan daily and weekly schedules.
  • Measure and mix ingredients precisely to maintain our signature quality.
  • Shape products by hand with care and consistency.
  • Practice accuracy in scaling as precision matters in baking.
  • Maintain attention to detail across all stages of the process.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 year of professional baking or pastry experience, or 2 years of culinary experience.

Professional, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Deep passion for baking and genuine curiosity to learn.

Some experience working with sourdough is preferred, but not required.
