Job Title: Experienced Baker

Become a skilled artisan in our bakery, delivering exceptional baked goods that elevate the full café experience.

  • Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods including sourdough bread, croissants, and pastries.
  • Support daily production under the guidance of our Head Baker.
  • Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation, adhering to strict cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Follow recipes and maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Assist in research and development trials and seasonal bakery items when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or pastry production, preferably in a café or bakery setting.
  • Knowledge of artisanal bread and pastries; exposure to viennoiserie is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn and follow instructions closely.
  • Passion for baking, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
  • Food Safety Certification required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
