Job Title:

Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

This role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals. You will manage and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments, ensuring candidates are aligned with role requirements and company values. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness as an employer of choice. Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide business decisions.

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source of hire) to evaluate and improve hiring performance. Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members where necessary.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders with market insights.
  • A team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
