Sales and Business Development Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at ZOLL Medical Singapore Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Acute Care Technology division, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the hospital segment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Territory Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the designated hospital segment.
- Sales Execution: Conduct direct selling to healthcare professionals, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and build strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Business Development: Identify new hospital opportunities, conduct market research, and drive the development and promotion of large regional projects.
- Tender Management: Prepare tenders and lead tender interviews, including product demonstrations throughout the entire tendering process.
- Post-Sales Support: Conduct site visits to provide installation guidance and offer in-service product training as part of post-sales support.
**Requirements:**
- Education: University Degree or Equivalent
- Experience: 5 years in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment, preferred
