Senior Business Process Optimization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Optimization Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our business.
- You will supervise and optimize Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely collection.
- Address and resolve overdue accounts promptly, negotiating favorable terms as necessary.
- Oversee monthly vendor payments, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Manage staff claims efficiently, maintaining accurate cash book records.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to insurance processing and claims.
- DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Direct procurement processes and monitor inventory levels closely.
* Maintain and update item codes and Bill of Material lists in the SAP system.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP system.
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business operations is required.
- Proficiency in SAP is highly advantageous for this role.
- Degree holder with relevant qualifications.
