**Responsibilities**:

- Study and develop optimization changes to organization’s business process
- Collaborating with employees and Management to improve processes and outcomes
- Improve operational efficiencies, quality, service and profitability
- Data analysis, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for all new projects
- Overseeing the implementation of business processes and identify areas need for improvement
- Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies
- Participates and leads process improvement and cost reduction initiatives as assigned
- Preparing proposals and presenting recommendations to Management
- Determining strategic optimization goals with Management
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software
- Independent, reliable and flexible
