As a Securities Settlement Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for evaluating front-to-back control processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions with subject matter experts. This includes leading ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies, and staying up-to-date on the latest process advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Additionally, you will conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, and identify, document, and analyze business requirements against risk through process discovery and management.
Qualifications/Skills:To succeed in this role, you will require knowledge of securities settlement processes across multiple products (equities, fixed income, SBL, and prime) as well as experience working across multiple disciplines within finance or related industries.
Delivering process improvements and controls enhancements is also essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SBL, User Stories, and Securities.
