Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business and functional requirements to inform process improvements.
  • Perform impact analysis, process mapping, and define workflows to optimize business operations.
  • Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development.
  • Contribute to test scenario development, script preparation, and defect tracking to ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in business or system analysis, preferably in Financial, eCommerce, or Technical IT sectors.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, UAT/SIT testing, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL; JIRA/Confluence knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
