ASPAC Regional Business Manager


Job Description:

Drive business growth in the Asia-Pacific region by developing and executing commercial plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage market insights and customer feedback, informing strategic business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to drive business growth in the ASPAC region.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to cascade information and initiatives to local countries.
  • Contribute to sales growth through extensive field activities and ensure profitability of assigned business units.
  • Support local teams through strategic launching, business development, customer education, and value selling demonstrations.
  • Speak at events to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor's degree in science or a business-related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug manufacturing practices and processes.
  • Successful track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong leadership and team leading skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; ability to communicate in other Asian languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
