Job Title: Senior Officer, Corporate Customer Service Support

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Senior Officer, Corporate Customer Service Support. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and stakeholder management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to resolve issues promptly and professionally, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day corporate fleet operations, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients.

  • Manage daily corporate fleet functions including vehicle registration/de-registration, card renewals, blacklist requests, and refunds tracking.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to corporate customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Provide information using internal systems such as PowerBI and the Corporate App portal.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requests.
  • Generate reconciliation and management reports, including monthly reports to MAS.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and bad debt collections from corporate clients.
