1. Role Description:
The Fleet Manager's core duties include managing the fleet and drivers, assigning of tasks to the fleet team, deploying drivers to assigned routes. You are also expected to train, assign and schedule drivers, oversee vehicle maintenance and any other duties to optimise fleet operations.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. The trainee will be able to know the all round management of the fleet process and employees management

2. The trainee will be able to monitor drivers and guide them through in ensuring high level of customer service

3. The trainee will be able to know how to schedule and plan the route. In addition, he will be able to know how to track company's vehicles whereabout

4. The trainee will be able to know how to implement and enforce certain scheduling, SOPs and policy changes to ensure a smoother operations

2. Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service
3. Schedule, route, maintain, and track company’s vehicles
4. Implement and enforce transportation scheduling, SOPs and policy changes
