We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients.

In this role, you will oversee daily corporate fleet operations, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Your work will directly contribute to building strong relationships with customers and driving business success.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day corporate fleet functions including vehicle registration/de-registration, card renewals, blacklist requests, and refunds tracking
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to corporate customer inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Provide information using internal systems such as PowerBI and the Corporate App portal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requests
  • Generate reconciliation and management reports, including monthly reports
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and bad debt collections from corporate clients
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service and stakeholder management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data handling and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and other office tools
  • Adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
