Administrative Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Executive to join our team at GEK MARINE SERVICES. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
This role involves managing various aspects of office administration, including coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and handling clerical duties. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing office supplies, coordinating with different departments, and supporting business activities.

- Plan and execute office events and activities relevant to the team
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders related to office matters
- Take lead in coordinating, executing, and providing oversight to planned office activities
- Manage store inventory and oversee online sales (if required)
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office management and administration. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have strong interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multitask, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
