Job Description:

This leadership role combines the responsibilities of overseeing public relations (PR) efforts with administrative and operational management within a family office in Singapore.

  • Working closely with the Chairman and other executives to coordinate and implement business strategies across the organization, in line with the company's business plan and objectives.
  • Showcasing leadership of cross-functional teams to address key business challenges.
  • Managing internal communications to ensure employees are informed and aligned with the company's values, objectives, and any significant company developments.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate engagements that require administrative and PR coordination.
Administrative Management:

Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in tasks such as office management, resource allocation, and personnel coordination.

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to monitor the efficiency of operational processes and ensure quality control.
  • Handling multiple projects and responsibilities, balancing the strategic and operational needs of both PR and administrative functions.
  • Navigating high-pressure situations and complex issues with professionalism.
Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. CA/CPA or CFA and MBA is a plus.

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in public relations or administrative leadership roles, with a significant portion of that in a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A positive, open attitude with flexibility to work on different projects under different timelines.
  • An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and self-starting individual contributor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills, coupled with high integrity and proven history to perform high-quality work.
