About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Senior Associate/Manager to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end engagement of companies interested in investing in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service business enquiries and provide relevant information on and connections to Singapore's business environment and promoted industries.
  • Work with internal divisions, such as the marketing team and overseas offices, and other government agencies to nurture new investment interests.
  • Lead discussions with clients to understand potential investment project parameters and needs, in order to assess suitability for Singapore.
  • Recommend and administer appropriate incentives for companies.
What You Will Be Working On

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Developing best practices in operational efficiency.
  • Working with product development teams on designing financial and non-financial products for clients.
  • Contributing to customer experience management to improve the customer experience journey.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills who can collaborate well with different stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer engagement related work.
  • A fast and independent learner who can learn on-the-job.
  • A high level of initiative, drive, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong customer-centricity and service aptitude, with the willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment, with ambiguity and evolving processes.
  • A Singaporean citizen.
