**BIM Model Development Specialist**


Job Description:
As a BIM model development specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality building information models (BIMs) and extracting production documents to deliver a BIM-assisted project. Your primary goal is to produce accurate and detailed BIM models that meet the requirements of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our BIM coordinators to create BIM models for various projects. You will assist in building basic BIM libraries and produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes. Your attention to detail and ability to ensure timely delivery are crucial to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Create BIM content and extract production documents.
  • Assist BIM coordinators in creating BIM models.
  • Build basic BIM libraries.
  • Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes.
  • Ensure BIM models are delivered with professionalism (quality, due diligence, and timeliness).


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in BIM modeling and possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling in building construction and project execution.
  • Certificate from BCA BIM modeling course or equivalent.
  • Diploma or degree in engineering/M&E qualification.


Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in ACMV services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute new processes.
