**Responsibilities**:

- **Create Documentation and Models**: Develop detailed documentation and prepare drawings or 3D models using either AutoCAD or Revit (BIM) software.
- **Maintain Standards**: Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
- **Project Support**: Collaborate with the Project Team by managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and creating presentations using the BIM model.
- **Accuracy Assurance**: Verify the accuracy of documents based on the BIM model.
- **Follow Workflow Criteria**: Comply with the BIM manager’s Execution Plan and adhere to the BIM project workflow.
- **Review and Print**: Participate in drawing reviews and prepare printed drawings for production.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Perform any other duties assigned as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with generating BIM documentation, BIM Modeling, Coordination and shop drawings
- Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 2 year experience in BIM.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Navisworks, MS Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in local construction industry.
- Good communication (both oral and written) as well as presentation skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Madarin
