Job Title
Senior Compliance Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with a focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. They will be responsible for ensuring that all customer due diligence processes are up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform KYC, transactions and product usage reviews to ensure documentation is complete and up to date;
  • Client identification, verification and screening to validate customer information;
  • Generation of metrics to track compliance performance;
  • Negotiate solutions and act as a liaison between internal and external clients;
  • Consult with businesses regarding process and control improvements;
  • Coordinate onsite reviews and drive corrective actions.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of KYC/AML experience;
  • Ability to start work immediately.
