Senior Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulatory environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends
