Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting KYC due diligence for onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation of clients across different segments. You will also perform detailed Source of Wealth (SOW) analysis and validation, ensuring narratives and supporting documentation are adequate, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive KYC due diligence, including reviewing client information, verifying identities, and assessing financial risk.
  • Perform in-depth SOW analysis, evaluating the origin and nature of client funds, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, investigate, and escalate potential AML, sanctions, fraud, or reputational risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with front office, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving AML/KYC regulations and SOW standards across relevant jurisdictions, ensuring our processes remain compliant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of KYC/AML experience within banking or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with SOW and SOF validation.
  • Excellent knowledge of CDD/EDD processes and relevant AML regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
