Job Title: Senior Compliance Specialist

Provide expert legal and compliance support, encompassing the review and drafting of commercial agreements, internal policies, and other related documents. This role will involve managing a comprehensive database of contracts and ensuring seamless corporate secretarial services for supported entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a library of standardized legal templates.
  • Offer professional advice on compliance matters, staying up-to-date with regulatory developments.
  • Support internal communications by reviewing and proofreading various documents, including newsletters, speeches, letters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field (Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant industry.
