Customer Relations Specialist

Greet customers and resolve their queries in a professional and courteous manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Interview loan applicants to gather financial information and explain loan terms and conditions.
  • Guide customers through the application process and ensure they understand the requirements and steps involved.
  • Conduct background checks and assess credit reports to ensure the reliability of the applicant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster trust and business growth.
  • Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payments and make follow-up calls to explore better business opportunities.
  • Manage ad-hoc duties as assigned, including negotiation, risk assessment, customer experience, interpersonal skills, loans, administration, communication skills, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
