
Integrated Media Strategist

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead integrated media planning across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing end-to-end strategies that align with business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex challenges into actionable paid media plans and thrives in fast-paced, regional environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies that drive business growth.
- Build cross-channel plans that connect audience insights, media roles, and funnel-based objectives.
- Translate business challenges into clear, media-led solutions with actionable recommendations.
Regional Planning Workstreams:
- Act as the day-to-day strategist on assigned campaigns and workstreams across the region.
- Collaborate with regional and local planning teams to ensure media plans are aligned to regional strategy and channel roles are clearly defined.
- Support the implementation of best practices and the codification of planning frameworks.
Tools, Insights, and Measurement:
- Use tools such as GWI, Euromonitor, and platform planners to inform audience targeting and campaign strategy.
- Help define KPIs and measurement approaches across both brand and performance campaigns.
- Work with Planning and Activation Leads to surface insights that drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with creative, influencer, and planning teams to ensure alignment across media, creative, and content.
- Present strategy recommendations with clarity and confidence to internal teams and clients.
- Support strategic alignment meetings, workshops, and campaign post-mortems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years of experience in media strategy or integrated planning roles, ideally on regional or multi-market accounts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build clear presentations and manage structured planning documents.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media, with hands-on experience planning across OOH, DOOH, CTV, Print, and Digital.
- Strong grasp of strategic planning tools and approaches, including SWOT, 4Cs, audience segmentation, lift studies, media mix modeling, and full-funnel strategy development.
- Familiarity with research and planning tools such as GWI, Reach, Experience Planners, ADEX, and Euromonitor.
- Ability to turn insights into actionable strategy and frameworks into practical plans.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Experience working across APAC markets, particularly Japan, Korea, India, China, or Southeast Asia.
- Background in travel, lifestyle, or premium service brands.
- Exposure to influencer marketing, content strategy, or upper-funnel campaign planning.
