Strategic Planning Role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and media-savvy professional to support integrated planning across multiple markets. The role covers premium lifestyle brands, and you will help translate business and brand objectives into actionable paid media strategies.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing end-to-end strategies, is fluent in media planning across both online and offline channels, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be actively involved in campaign planning workstreams and expect to help set the strategic direction for planners across markets.

  • Lead the development of integrated media strategies that align with business objectives and regional marketing direction.
  • Build cross-channel plans that connect audience insights, media roles, and funnel-based objectives.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, media-led solutions with actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the day-to-day strategist on assigned campaigns and workstreams across the region.
  • Work closely with regional and local planning teams to ensure media plans are aligned to regional strategy and channel roles are clearly defined.
  • Support the codification and rollout of planning frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in media strategy or integrated planning roles, ideally on regional or multi-market accounts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build clear presentations and manage structured planning documents.
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media, with hands-on experience planning across OOH, DOOH, CTV, Print, and Digital.
  • Strong grasp of strategic planning tools and approaches, including SWOT, 4Cs, audience segmentation, lift studies, media mix modeling, and full-funnel strategy development.
  • Familiarity with research and planning tools such as GWI, Reach and Experience planners, ADEX and Euromonitor.
  • Ability to turn insights into actionable strategy and frameworks into practical plans.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working across APAC markets, particularly Japan, Korea, India, China or Southeast Asia.
  • Background in travel, lifestyle, or premium service brands.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing, content strategy, or upper-funnel campaign planning.
