We are seeking a skilled strategist to support integrated planning across regional Travel accounts.
This role involves developing end-to-end strategies, media planning across online and offline channels, and working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be actively involved in campaign planning workstreams and help set the strategic direction for planners across markets.
Main Responsibilities- Strategy Leadership: Develop integrated media strategies that align with business objectives and regional marketing direction
- Build cross-channel plans that connect audience insights, media roles, and funnel-based objectives
- Translate business challenges into clear, media-led solutions with actionable recommendations
- Campaign Planning Workstreams: Act as the day-to-day strategist on assigned campaigns and workstreams across the region
- Media Planning Alignment: Work closely with regional and local planning teams to ensure media plans are aligned to regional strategy and channel roles are clearly defined
- Tools and Insights: Use tools like GWI, Euromonitor, and dashboards to inform audience targeting and campaign strategy
- KPI Definition: Help define KPIs and measurement approaches across both brand and performance campaigns
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, influencer, and planning teams to ensure alignment across media, creative, and content
- Presentation Skills: Present strategy recommendations with clarity and confidence to internal teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 to 6 years of experience in media strategy or integrated planning roles, ideally on regional or multi-market accounts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build clear presentations and manage structured planning documents
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media, with hands-on experience planning across OOH, DOOH, CTV, Print, and Digital
- Familiarity with research and planning tools like GWI, Reach, and ADEX
- Ability to turn insights into actionable strategy and frameworks into practical plans
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Experience working across APAC markets, particularly Japan, Korea, India, China, or Southeast Asia
