Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key role in our organization responsible for ensuring the high availability and reliability of equipment while maintaining safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance services to minimize downtime
  • Recommend overhaul of equipment to prevent disruption to operations
  • Provide supervision to maintenance team members
  • Troubleshoot, rectify, and reactivate equipment to avoid delays
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle / Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic
  • Preferably with relevant working experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic
  • Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 driving license and above
