Job Title: Leadership Development Expert

As a critical member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organisation's learning and development strategy. This newly created leadership position will oversee a centralised L&D team and partner closely with business units to build fit-for-purpose learning solutions that address enterprise-wide needs.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 15-20 years of experience in large, complex organisations, with proven expertise in enterprise-level learning design, delivery, and transformation. Experience working across a broad workforce – spanning operational and knowledge-based teams – is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and delivering a comprehensive, future-focused learning agenda
  • Overseeing digital learning transformation and embedding career development pathways into the organisation's people strategy
  • Contributing to broader priorities in employee engagement, cultural alignment, and organisational development through learning interventions

The role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. A strong track record in digital learning platforms, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and driving large-scale behavioural change through learning is key.
