Job Title: Category Leadership Expert

This position is responsible for managing a category of equipment within a large organization. The role requires commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. They will be responsible for defining the category's global sourcing strategy, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships.

The Category Leadership Expert will also be responsible for communicating the sourcing strategy to stakeholders and ensuring that it is aligned with the organization's overall goals.

The successful candidate will be a skilled negotiator, able to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
