Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Innovation Hub to join our team at NCS Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategy planning, research, project management, business development, and operations to support the strategic objectives of our innovation hub.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing business growth strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth
• Collaborating with stakeholders across and beyond the organization to ensure alignment with our vision and goals
• Managing and executing workshops and events (virtual, physical, hybrid) to engage clients and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Conducting research to identify market trends and opportunities for growth

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create an immersive and engaging experience for clients, both virtually and in person. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive quarterly reports to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and view challenges from multiple perspectives. You should also possess a deep passion for technology and innovation, as well as proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Sales and/or Business Development experience, with a proven track record in driving growth
• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing workshops and events (virtual, physical, hybrid)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including planning and executing several client workshops in parallel
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create comprehensive reports on client engagements, including demos and opportunities
